Smoothie Goodness!

well- it worked! I was up and at ’em today with big excitement for my smoothie- and it is delicious!

This combo was made up of:

2 big handfuls of spinach

1 banana

1 cup mixed berries

1 cup of skim milk

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

drizzle of honey for a bit of extra sweetness

So good and so refreshing! It’s a little thick so I think I’ll cut the yogurt down to 1/4 cup next time. But otherwise tres delicious. This batch was enough for two- we’ll see if the man of the house can detect the spinach 😉
