How was everyone’s morning? Mine was fairly productive, which was a bonus as I don’t want to have to stay late so I can get a decent workout in after.
Lunch today was pretty satisfying if I do say so myself. We started off with a portion of last night’s pasta topped with steamed broccoli and served up with some cucumber, carrots, and red bell pepper. The pepper is crisp and sweet- so perfect! The veggies have definitely given me a boost in my energy levels, lets hope it lasts!
